Implementation

From validated design to a product you can ship.

Overview

Once the direction is proven, someone has to build it. I turn the prototypes, specs, and research from the work above into production web apps — writing the code, wiring up the data, and shipping something real. You get a working product built by the same person who helped design it, so nothing is lost in translation between design and engineering.

How I approach it

  1. Start from what's proven

I build from the validated prototype and spec, not a blank page — so engineering time goes toward a direction we already know works.

  2. Build in thin slices

Work ships in small, working increments you can see and steer, instead of disappearing into a months-long black box.

  3. Keep quality built in

Testing, accessibility, and performance are part of every slice — not a clean-up phase bolted on at the end.

  4. Ship and hand off

I deploy the product and leave your team with code and documentation they can confidently own and extend.
